NHS COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations available at Burnopfield Pharmacy from 19 October 2026

Burnopfield Pharmacy is pleased to offer NHS COVID-19 and adult flu vaccinations to eligible NHS patients as part of the 2026/27 seasonal vaccination programme. Our NHS vaccination service will be available at Burnopfield Pharmacy from 19 October 2026.

Vaccination is one of the best ways to help protect yourself against serious illness from flu and COVID-19, particularly if you are at increased risk. The NHS offers free flu vaccinations to adults at increased risk, including those aged 65 and over, adults with certain long-term health conditions, carers and eligible frontline social care workers. The autumn/winter 2026 COVID-19 programme is aimed at adults aged 75 and over, people living in care homes for older adults and those with a severely weakened immune system.

The NHS National Booking Service is now open. If you are eligible you can search for and book an appointment using the NHS App or the NHS National Booking Service. We also welcome walk-in patients for eligible NHS COVID-19 and adult flu vaccinations from 19 October 2026, subject to availability.

If you don't qualify for a free NHS flu vaccination, our private adult flu vaccination service is available on a walk-in basis, subject to availability. Where clinically appropriate, flu and COVID-19 vaccinations can be given during the same visit.
